Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-embracing e-mail management solution, which will grant you full command over your e-mailboxes and mail campaigns. With this easy-to-navigate GUI, you can create a new mailbox in an instant and administer its settings easily. Also, you can forward e-mail messages from one mailbox account to another, configure e-mail filters, create auto-reply messages and defend your e-mail accounts against junk email messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can guard all your email mailbox accounts against unsolicited bulk email messages. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make certain that no unasked-for e-mails will find their way into your email mailbox. Your email messages will be filtered out based on their spam score. You can also decide whether an e-mail message blacklisted as spam should be deleted or redirected to a particular mailbox account.
Email Filters
Mail filters are ideal for sorting your incoming e-mail messages on the basis of certain rules defined by you. Setting up email filters is extremely easy - all you need to do is fill in a simple form and your e-mail filter will be activated and will go into effect instantly. You can quickly set up a mail filter for any of your mailbox accounts and choose the mail filtering criteria as per your wish.
Email Forwarding
You can easily forward your incoming electronic mail messages from one email mailbox account to another, or even to several other mailboxes. Just choose the email box you want to forward mail messages from, then specify the target e-mail box and select if you would like to keep a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager user interface, you can easily configure the mail client of your preference to access your e-mail boxes. Simply browse to the Auto-Config column next to the email box you want to set up on your desktop PC or mobile phone and click on the mail client that you would like to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your e-mail client and the new mailbox account will be configured in a minute.

With the Email Manager graphical user interface, managing multiple email accounts at the same time is a breeze. The Email Manager will also enable you to quickly create an auto-reply message - enter the message you would like people to notice and our system will handle everything else. And if you want to set up a catch-all mailbox - you can achieve that with a mere mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
